Our British school, St. George Madrid, received the visit of Mr. Hugh Elliott, Ambassador of the United Kingdom in Spain and non-resident Ambassador in Andorra, on the occasion of «The Queen’s Green Canopy (QGC)».
Mr. Elliott took a tour of the school followed by a short ceremony in the front courtyard, where he presided over a tree planting in support of the QGC initiative. The ceremony was attended by the British Scouts of Madrid, our Student Leaders, parents, representatives, teachers, and members of the school staff. Plant a tree for the jubilee!
