These St. George students went to the Espacio Delicias Madrid to visit the Van Gogh exhibition, who they’re studying. There, they became part of his life, as well as of his most recognised works. They were able to get up close to large recreations of his works, feel the technique of his brush strokes and pull up a seat at the Potato Eaters table. They had fun climbing a golden haystack in Arles’ while listening to the stories behind his artworks. They had the chance to interact, use a microscope table to learn more about Vincent’s materials, techniques and tools. Even created their own self-portraits!
